1. A Passport valid for Six months or more from the date of applying for VISA
2. Two (2) recent Passport size Photographs
3. One duly completed VISA form (The form can be obtained from the Mission or the website)
4. Letter of invitation and immigration status from the host in Zambia
5. Photo copy of flight details and current Bank statement
6. Non refundable VISA fee
7. A pre-paid registered self addressed envelope
